In the full-size version ( software and
hardware ), it is a complete
machine control system with the ability to control
each kind of CNC production machine.

It is a software package which
enables, even NON CNC-programmers,
to create the most complex
INDIVIDUAL-CONTOUR-CNC-Programs because all that it
needs are very tiny and simple CNC-MEASUREMENT-programs.
All
needed information can be taken from CAD-systems or normal
technical drawings.
Therefore:
NO CNC programming is nesassary in the production field.
These
tiny CNC-measurement programs will control and run the CNC-machine
in the production field for the following purposes:
Work-part
location (displacement) : Recognition and correction
Work-part
: Measuring of the contour/surface (outlines)
Tools
: Measuring of the contour/surface (outlines)

It is a software package which
is able to ( in combination with our High
Speed- LASER Hardware) register, store and prepare the
part contour data into digital contour data for later computing.

It is a software package which
ON-line produces highly
precise CNC programs for the
reproduction of almost unlimited workpart outlines and
: this happens during the production process, fully
automatic, and in seconds !

It is a software package
which produces CNC
programs. This guarantees that there are no collisions e.g.
(tool/part) and also garantees NO damage of the measured part
contours, no matter what kind and shape the tools might have.
Each
kind of tool (e.g. Grinding wheels, lathe tools,
milling cutter, nozzles, etc.) will/can be measured
by our LASER before the CNC-program computing starts.
The
tool-measurement-data will be completely computed and thus
integrated in CNC-program and its tool trajectory path.

It is a complete hardware package
consisting of the following components:
Industry-suitable
PC and necessary components
PC/CNC
control (or Ethernet communication to other brands of CNC`s)
PLC
control (or connection of other brands of PLC over OPC)
High-quality
LASER sensors (design as required)
The complete
AMKONaut® control system is
installed in its own electrical case like a Black-Box.
For
all needed data transfers this Black-Box dedicates plug
connections either to the machine, LASER-Sensors or to other
peripheries.
